High Protein Diet

Protein is essential for the body, but if you consume too much non-veg, supplements or protein shakes, it can excrete calcium through urine. Especially animal protein contains sulfur and amino acids, which increase calcium loss. So take protein in balanced amounts. Include plant-based proteins, such as lentils, soybean, nuts in the diet.
