After this, boil the milk and add one spoon of almond powder, two chopped dates and let it boil. Give this milk to your children to drink. Almond powder can be increased or decreased according to age.

Turmeric and saffron milk also helps in keeping one healthy in winter. For this, add 3-4 saffron threads and two or one pinch of turmeric in milk and boil it well. When the milk cools down a bit, i.e. remains lukewarm, add a little jaggery to it and dissolve it. If you want, you can use honey for sweetness.

Add saffron threads. Add two pinches of black pepper and equal amount of dry ginger powder. Use honey, jaggery or dates for sweetness.

Prepare the masala by mixing all these things. Enjoy masala milk by adding some powder to boiling milk daily.
