The company has already released information about the upcoming Tata Punch facelift through a video on its social media channels. According to the teaser, many changes will be seen in the new Tata Punch facelift. These include cosmetic exterior changes, new features inside the cabin and a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. new design
Tata Punch facelift will have major design changes. The SUV will get a completely new look from the front, which includes a thin radiator grille like the Tata Punch EV, redesigned LED DRLs and new vertical headlamps. The larger air dam and more attractive silver skid plate will give the SUV a more powerful look. The side profile will feature new 16-inch alloy wheel design. At the rear, there will be a new connected taillamp cluster with smoked effect like the Tata Altroz. Apart from this, the car will also get a new blue color, which will be part of the new color options.

Tata Punch is one of the safest and most affordable cars in India. This SUV has received a 5-star rating in Global NCAP and India NCAP crash tests. It is expected that similar strong safety features will be provided in the facelifted model also. These will include six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Hold Assist, Hill Descent Control, 360-degree camera and Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
new turbo petrol engine
It will have a new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. This engine is taken from Tata Altroz Racer. If no changes are made to the engine, it will produce 118 bhp power and 170 Nm torque. The punch with turbo-petrol engine will have ‘iTurbo’ badge on the rear. Apart from the new engine, the existing petrol, CNG and electric versions will also be available in the facelifted model.
More features
The Tata Punch facelift will have a front camera below the Tata logo, hinting at a 360-degree camera system. During testing, it has also become clear that the facelift will have a new interior layout, updated touchscreen infotainment system and a new HVAC panel. It will also have a new 65W Type-C charging port. The front seats will be ventilated and a fully digital instrument cluster will also be available. Old features like electric sunroof, automatic climate control and height-adjustable driver seat will also continue.
