It should contain 40 grams of pulses and 50 grams of cheese. Also add mint chutney. In this you should use anti-inflammatory turmeric, ginger and garlic along with plant protein. If you want, you can also use gram flour cheela, ragi dosa, sambar chutney etc.
Lunch: Include about 600 calories in lunch, of which 30 grams of protein is necessary. You can eat rice, kidney beans, curd in lunch. If you like vegetables with chapatti, then have chicken curry, two rotis, vegetables of choice. 150 grams of chicken and half cup of vegetables is better for your body.
If you are a South Indian, you can eat rasam and egg bhurji with rice. Add two eggs to a cup of rice and half a cup of rasam. Don’t forget to add ginger, turmeric and black pepper also. Try rice, sambar and paneer fry with curd. You should include red rice, which is rich in antioxidants.
