Heavy Rain Alert: North India is in the grip of rains these days. The Meteorological Department says that soon the process of torrential rains may begin in the capital. On the other hand, alert of heavy rain has been issued in many districts of Uttar Pradesh.
Heavy Rain Alert: The monsoon has become completely active in North India and the process of rain continues in many states. Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and various areas of Punjab are expected to deteriorate for the next few days. While the rain has given relief to the people from the scorching heat, on the other hand, the strong humidity and the waterlogging have put the normal life in trouble. Traffic jams and drainage problems are also coming out in many areas.
Possibility of heavy rains in Delhi
Delhi-NCR remained cloudy on Sunday, which led to a drop in temperature, but the huge humidity made people difficult to live. The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rains in the capital and surrounding areas since Monday. Laxmi Nagar, Patparganj, Anand Vihar, North-Dakshini and West Delhi have been warned of heavy rains.
Rainfall continues in Uttar Pradesh
Rainfall continues in Uttar Pradesh as well. In many districts of the state, such as Banda, Chitrakoot, Sonbhadra, Mirzapur, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Saharanpur, Bijnor, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Meerut and Aligarh have been issued a torrential rain alert on Monday. The department has predicted continuous rain till 9 July.

How will the weather be in Bihar today?
The weather remains pleasant in Bihar too. For the next five days, most parts of the state are expected to rain and strong winds, which will give people relief from humidity. Monsoon alerts have also been issued in districts like Patna, Gaya, Purnia, Nawada, Muzaffarpur, Siwan, Darbhanga, Western and East Champaran, Nagalpur and Madhubani. At the same time, there are torrential rains in many districts of Rajasthan like Bundi, Alwar, Dausa, Sawai Madhopur, Kota, Karauli and Baran. At the same time, rain is also expected in Bhind, Morena, Shivpuri, Vidisha, Ashoknagar, Sagar, Sehore and Chhatarpur districts of Madhya Pradesh. Rainfall is expected with strong winds throughout North India including Haryana and Punjab.
