The incident took place late at night, where there was a fierce fight between the customers and the hotel staff. Controversy started from a minor complaint
This incident took place at Awadh Hotel located near Engineering College Square, Lucknow. It is being told that some customers had come to the hotel to eat biryani. During this time he complained that there was very little boti in the biryani. The customers started arguing with the hotel staff regarding this matter. Initially there was a heated argument between the two parties, but after some time the matter escalated to such an extent that a scuffle broke out.
Hotel staff accused of assault with sticks
According to eyewitnesses, as the dispute escalated, the hotel operator and employees allegedly beat the customers with sticks. It is alleged that the customers were chased out of the hotel and beaten. During the incident, nearby people also gathered at the spot, due to which an atmosphere of chaos was created in the area. Police registered a case
After receiving information about the incident, Madiyaon Police Station team of UP Police immediately reached the spot and calmed down the situation. Police have registered a case against some hotel employees including Mohammad Rizwan in this case. The hotel operator is being detained and interrogated. Police say that the entire matter is being investigated on the basis of the viral video and the statements of the people present at the spot.
According to police officials, the dispute that took place in the hotel located near the Engineering College intersection is being investigated from every angle. All the people involved in the fight are being identified. At present the situation in the area is normal and peace is maintained.
