According to the information, the couple are residents of epilepsy village in Jharkhand. He was traveling in Anand Vihar-Purnia Court Special train. He had a normal ticket to Saharsa, after which he was going to his village via Ranchi.

RPF employees help women

After this, the RPF team immediately called an ambulance and took the woman and the newborn girl to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, where she is undergoing treatment. Passengers and RPF employees present at the station helped the woman in delivery. The incident was shocking and memorable for passengers and railway staff, as the woman safely gave birth to a child on the platform before boarding the train.

Child born at railway station

RPF immediately called an ambulance and took the woman and the newborn to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital. Both are undergoing treatment and their health is said to be fine. According to RPF, a passenger reported that a woman was groaning in childbirth between pillar number 20-21 at platform number 3 at around 7:15 am on Sunday. Immediate ambulance and RPF constable Poonam was sent to the spot. The constable saw that the woman had given birth to the girl. Other women present at the station also helped in delivery.

Couples live in Badli village of Delhi

Meanwhile, the ambulance reached the spot and the maternity and the newborn were sent to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital. The child’s name is Sukrita Nagesia and her husband is Balvimal Nagesia. The couple live in Badli village, JJ Camp of Delhi. They reached the station at around 5:30 am. Due to the onset of childbirth, his train was also missed. Balvimal told that she has a six -year -old daughter, who lives in her village. He works as a carpenter in Delhi.
