Thella Kaagitham Opens Well at the Box Office

Thella Kaagitham has been receiving an encouraging response from audiences since its theatrical release. The Harsh Roshan–Nakshatra starrer collected Rs 3.5 crore gross over its opening weekend, marking a solid start at the box office.

Its blend of school nostalgia, youthful romance, humour and heartfelt emotion appears to be resonating with moviegoers.

With Aadarsha Kutumbam now postponed, Thella Kaagitham has a clear run in theatres in the coming days, giving the small film a valuable opportunity to build on its word of mouth and reach more family audiences.

The team has been visiting theatres to meet audiences and witness the response first-hand. The warm reactions have given the cast and crew an added boost as they continue their promotional activities.

Harsh Roshan’s innocent portrayal and Nakshatra’s expressive performance are being widely appreciated, while the pair’s chemistry adds authenticity to the teenage love story.

Beyond the romance, the film carries an emotional message: young people often make mistakes out of fear or lack of awareness, and they are better off opening up to their parents rather than hiding their problems. The story also highlights the protective role of parents and the strength of family bonds.

Directed by Ramesh Bandreddi, with story, screenplay and dialogues by Nandu Savirigana, the film delivers its message through an engaging and nostalgic narrative.

Vijay Bulganin’s background score adds emotional depth, while K. V. Guhan’s cinematography effectively captures the period setting.

Thella Kaagitham is produced by Krishna Kommalapati under the Arunachala Creations banner and presented by Mrs. K. Sridevi.
