Palwal Accident News: A drunk policeman’s car crushed three innocent brothers in Uttawar village of Palwal district of Haryana. Two died in the accident, while the third child is fighting the battle of life in PGIMS Rohtak in critical condition.
Like everyday, children were returning home from school. The three innocent brothers holding the fingers of Dada were slowly stepping on the roadside. But who knew that this innocence would be given to someone’s negligence. Suddenly, the fast pace from behind took away his life forever.
On Monday afternoon, a heartbreaking incident in Uttawar village of Palwal shook the entire area. A new purchased car of a drunken policeman crushed three children. Two brothers died on the spot in the accident while the third brother is struggling between life and death.
Painful death of innocent Ayan and Ahsan, younger brother struggling for life
The deceased have been identified as Mohammad Ayan (13 years, class 4) and Mohammad Ahsan (9 years, class 3). Both were real brothers. His younger brother Mohammad Azan (7 years, class 2) is seriously injured and PGIMS is admitted to Rohtak.
Accident in front of grandfather, high speed car collided with the pavement
According to the police, the accident took place between 1:30 pm and 2 pm on Monday afternoon when the children were returning from school with their grandfather Aas Mohammed. Dada told that the children were walking a few steps ahead of them, then the speeding car coming from behind came and hit the three. The car left the road and climbed the dusty pavement.
Head constable posted in Nuh DSP office, accused of accident
The accused has been identified as Narendra Singh, who is posted as a head constable in Nuh DSP office. He was returning to Pahar village (his home) from Nuh in his newly purchased Hyundai Exterities. The car still had a temporary number plate and plastic cover was also present on the seats.

The accused policemen were in uniform, villagers caught and destroyed the car
DSP (Hathin) Mohinder Singh said that the accused was in uniform at that time and preliminary investigation feared being drunk. Medical report will clear the situation.
After the accident, the villagers chased the accused policeman and caught him. Angry people beat him up and damaged the car. Eyewitness villagers said that the accused was visible in the ego even after the incident and his condition was clearly stating that he was intoxicated by alcohol.
Angry villagers themselves reached the hospital, but could not escape
Local resident Tarif Hussain said that the injured children were taken to the hospital by private vehicles, not waiting for the ambulance, but two could not be saved. The third child is still struggling for life in critical condition.
Case filed on complaint of family members, bodies handed over after post mortem
A case has been registered at Uttawar police station on the complaint of the victim’s family grandfather Aas Mohammad. The accused is being sued under Section 106 (1) (Death due to careless) and 281 (careless vehicle) of the Indian Code. The bodies have been handed over to the family members after the post -mortem.
