Bihar School Incident: Two teachers attacked a woman in a basic school located in Patepur police station area of Vaishali district. According to the woman, the accused teacher called her to school and forced her to have sex. He was beaten up on refusal.
Bihar News Crime in School: The school was stirred up when the sound of a woman screaming from the school office was heard. When the villagers who reached the spot broke the door, they saw that two teachers were beating the woman. On receiving the information, the police took both the teachers into custody. The case is of a basic school located in Bardiha Turkish village of Patepur police station area of Vaishali district.
What is the case of basic school?
The woman said that the accused teacher had called her to school on Tuesday and was attacked when she refused to have sex there. Another teacher Vipin Kumar was also involved during this. The woman alleged that she was also attacked with a knife, injuring her. According to the villagers, the children present in the school suddenly ran out making noise. When people arrived, the office door was closed from inside and the woman was screaming for help. On opening the door, teacher Alok Anand (resident- Jadhua, Hajipur) and Vipin Kumar (resident- Bajipur, Patepur) were present.

Husband dies 2 years ago
The woman said in a statement to the police that her husband died two years ago. After this, she was living in Hajipur by staying in Hajipur and speaking as a broom. During this time, he was acquainted with Alok Anand. The victim alleges that Alok forcibly made physical relations with her several times. As soon as the incident was reported, the team of Dial 112 reached the spot and arrested both the accused. The injured woman was first taken to Petpur PHC, from where she was referred to Hajipur Sadar Hospital for better treatment. The police have registered a case on the written complaint of the victim. Mahua SDPO said that the allegations are serious and both teachers are being questioned. Further action will be taken based on the investigation report.
