Few confrontations in Prime Video’s The Traitors Telugu have been as heated as the latest face-off between Shreedevi Chowdary and Pragathi.
What began as suspicion over Shreedevi being a recruited Traitor quickly turned personal, with accusations of arrogance and ego, along with a rich-versus-poor divide, taking centre stage.
With Dhananjaya, Meghanath and Pranav questioning her loyalties, Shreedevi defended her game, saying, “I can’t even act like a traitor. I’m very straightforward.”
Pragathi, however, argued that completing missions successfully did not prove innocence and confronted Shreedevi over her alleged remark, “My shoes are worth more than their lives.”
Shreedevi denied making the comment and asked Pragathi not to get personal, but Pragathi maintained that the remark had been captured on camera.
The exchange escalated further as Pragathi questioned Shreedevi’s sudden change in behaviour, while Shreedevi accused her of acting out of a bruised ego.
The two refused to back down, with Pragathi declaring, “I am done with her,” and Shreedevi hitting back by accusing her of playing a “very dirty game of rich versus poor.”
The confrontation proved costly for Shreedevi. When the votes were counted, she was banished from the palace, only to be revealed as an Innocent.
What began as a debate over her attitude ended in another major setback for the Innocents, who lost a player while the Traitors continued to stay ahead.
Produced by SOL Production, The Traitors Telugu is streaming exclusively on Prime Video in Telugu with English subtitles.
