Mallika Sherawat Green Dress Controversy EXPLAINED

“Meri Dolce ki outfit kaisi lagi? Pehle yeh batao (First, tell me, how do you like my Dolce outfit)?,” Mallika asked the co-contestants as she twirled for them and showed off her glamorous look.

When  asked her why she wasn’t wearing her golden Gucci dress, she replied, “Nahi, kyunki gold hai woh. Main woh party mein dalungi (No, because it’s gold. I’ll wear it to the party).”

,known for her maximalist fashion choices, was later seen discussing Mallika’s dress with Shweta, Rhea Chakraborty and Rida Tharana. She claimed that the Murder actress was lying about the brand and said she could bet that the outfit was not actually Dolce & Gabbana.

She said, “Maine ek hafta pehle hari rang ki dress aur golden pehni hai Dolce ki, woh nahi hai. Main uska mic thik karne gayi aur woh brand dikh gayi. Woh hai nahi Dolce, sab jhooth bolrahi hai. Miane 17-18 ki age se pehen rahi hu (designer) kapde, banwa ke, yeh nahi hai. Aur main tumhe photos bhejungi hare dress ki. Mere paas ek green, ek gold hain (I wore a green and a gold Dolce dress a week ago, and this isn’t it. I went to fix her mic and saw the brand. It isn’t Dolce; she’s lying. I’ve been wearing designer clothes since I was 17-18, getting them made for myself, and this isn’t one of them. I’ll send you pictures of the green dress. I have one green and one gold dress).”
