Cape Town: South Africa on Friday announced its 15-man squad for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Aiden Markram will captain the Proteas team in this tournament. The team also includes Quinton de Kock, who recently changed his international retirement decision, and Enrique Norkhia, who has returned from injury.
The team’s batting lineup is quite strong, which includes Markram, De Kock, Tony De Zorzi, Dewald Brewis and David Miller. At the same time, Kagiso Rabada, Kwena Mafaka, Norkhia, Lungi Ngidi and Corbin Bosch will strengthen the pace attack. Keshav Maharaj will be the main spinner and will be supported by George Linde, while Markram and Ferreira can also bowl if required.
