In the district Karauli of Rajasthan, a 35 -year -old murder case has been a big success. The Surath police station has arrested Ranveer Singh, a prize money of 10 thousand rupees, who has been absconding for the last 35 years, from Barsana in Uttar Pradesh.
The shocking thing is that the accused was cutting his absconding by disguising the monk in the Jalmahal of Barsana.
There was absconding for 35 years on murder charges
Giving information about the case, Surath police station officer Mahesh Kumar said that the matter is of 22 March 1989. On that day, Mansingh potter had filed a report that his father Ram Bharosa Prajapat and younger brother Vijay Singh were feeding animals on the government well of the village. Meanwhile, the accused Ranveer Singh and others reached there and opposed to drink water, describing them as ‘low caste’. He assaulted Ram Bharosa and Vijay Singh with sticks. After this, the accused also reached his house and attacked with sticks and sticks and sharp weapons, in which Ram Bharosa died.
He was absconding since coming out of jail on bail
The police arrested the accused at that time and produced them in the court, from where they were sent to jail. However, the accused Ranveer Singh came out of jail on bail in 1991 and was absconding since then he did not appear despite several warrants of the court.
Was also declared a reward of 10 thousand rupees
The police officer said that on 31 October 2017, the Additional District and Sessions Judge sentenced Ranveer Singh convicted of murder. After this, the police started searching for the accused with enthusiasm and a reward of Rs 10,000 was also declared on it. The police questioned various people and raided many places, but no clue of the accused was being found.
Was living in Barsana disguised as a monk
After a long time effort, the police received information in Nand village in Uttar Pradesh while searching for the accused. From there the police reached the Jal Mahal temple of Barsana, where the accused Ranveer Singh was living in disguise as a sadhu. On seeing the police, the accused was shocked. After intensive interrogation, the police arrested him. Police said that the accused was produced in the court from where he has been sent to jail in judicial custody.
