On Monday, many areas like Duty Path, ITO, Lajpat Nagar, Malaviya Nagar, Chirag Delhi and Kalkaji continued to rain intermittently. Due to rain, the maximum temperature was recorded at 28.6 degrees Celsius on Monday and the minimum temperature was 23.9 degrees Celsius.
Delhiites will not get relief from rain
On Tuesday, Delhiites will not get relief from rain and thunderstorms. The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms and light to moderate rains in the capital today. During this period, the maximum temperature is estimated to be around 31 ° C and the minimum temperature is estimated to be around 22 ° C.

Improvement in air quality also
At the same time, there has been an improvement in the air quality of the capital. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), Delhi’s Air Quality Index was 62 on Monday, which falls in a satisfactory category. AQI levels are considered ‘good’ from 0 to 50, satisfactory from 51 to 100, ‘medium’ from 101 to 200, ‘bad’ from 201 to 300, 301 to 400 ‘very poor’ and 401 to 500. The Meteorological Department has advised people to avoid unnecessary travel during rain and thunderstorms and stay in safe places.
