A sensational incident has come to light from Rohtas district of Bihar. Here a lover who had gone to meet a married girlfriend was brutally beaten to death. The police took immediate action and arrested the woman’s husband.
Girlfriend’s husband and family beat her brutally
According to the information received, the incident took place in Baradhi village of Mufassil police station area. The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old disabled youth Shailendra Kumar Singh. According to the family members of the deceased, he was in contact over phone with a married woman from the same village for a long time. Late on Friday night, the woman had called Shailendra to her house. When the lover reached his girlfriend’s house at midnight to meet her, the woman’s husband Daddu Mishra and other family members present there caught him. After this, he was beaten so brutally with sticks that he died on the spot. By the time the family reached the spot after receiving information about the incident, Shailendra was dead.
Police engaged in investigation
After receiving information about the incident, Mofussil police station reached the spot and took the body into custody and sent it to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The station in-charge said that on the basis of the written complaint of the father of the deceased, an FIR has been registered under the sections of murder. The main accused husband Daddu Mishra has been arrested by the police. At present the police has started taking further action.
