Chhattisgarh School Education Department: The standard of education in Chhattisgarh is improving. Teachers have been provided in many schools. Additional teachers were found in 4,728 single-educational schools, which benefited children.
Chhattisgarh Teacher Job: The school teacher rationalization policy has been implemented in Chhattisgarh, which has been started on the initiative of CM Vishnu Dev Sai. Due to this, there is equal distribution to teachers across the state. Now no school is without teachers. Earlier there were a total of 453 teachers of the state. Not a single school after rationalization is without a teacher. Similarly, after rationalization, additional teachers have been posted in 4,728 single-educational schools of the state. The move has not only regularized the operation of classes, but has also increased significantly in the presence of children and enthusiasm towards studies.
Clear effect was seen in Surguja district
Its impact can be clearly seen in the primary school Bagdipara located in Mainpat development block of Surguja district, where two teachers have recently been deployed. Teacher Mr. Ranjit Khalkho said that in the process of rationalization he got an opportunity to choose a school of his choice and he chose a remote Bagdihapara because he considers his responsibility and good fortune to educate the children of the village. Due to the availability of two teachers, all subjects are being studied regularly in the school, which has accelerated the learning pace of children and the trust of parents has also increased. Now they are sending children to school regularly, causing continuous improvement in attendance.
No teacher was in Naxalite affected area
Similarly, village Kamakasura of Manpur development block of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki district is the latest example of this. Located 65-70 km from the district headquarters, the primary school with a number of 14 children in this Naxal-affected area was running without a teacher for the last one year. Due to the rationalization initiative of the government, the prominent reader was posted here, which resumed the education of the children and the new enthusiasm for education among the villagers returned.
Big change came from rationalization
Similarly, there was a big change in village Bhakudera of Sakti district. This primary school, dependent on single teacher over the years, is now operating with two teachers. This provided children’s education, increased attendance and strengthened the trust of parents. This initiative of the state government is not only making extensive improvement in the quality of education, but is also ensuring that children from the most remote and backward areas of the state are also leading towards bright and self -sufficient future.
