In the court, the lawyer was raising the slogan of ‘Sanatan’s insult to Sanatan’ loudly and then tried to throw the shoe. But the security staff present there stopped him in time. The accused lawyer has been identified as Rakesh Kishore. The police immediately detained him.
No action was taken against lawyer
Chief Justice BR Gavai decided not to take any action against that lawyer. Accused lawyer Rakesh Kishore has been released by Delhi Police from custody. Police say no complaint was received from the Supreme Court officials. The accused was questioned for about three hours and then released. Gawai said that he does not mind with such incidents. Rakesh Kishore’s thrown shoe has also been returned.
