Amidst the voting for the first phase of Bihar Assembly elections 2025, Delhi CM Rekha Gupta took a dig at the opposition. Said, those who consider themselves ‘heroes’ will go to jail, and ‘incompetents’ will enjoy holidays abroad. People know their own good.
Patna : Political rhetoric has increased the heat amid the voting for the first phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, while giving a strong statement in favor of NDA in Bihar, launched a sharp attack on the opposition. He said that the people of Bihar have now understood that real development is possible only in the duo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
CM Rekha Gupta said, “The public has understood who is the ‘hero’ and who is the ‘villain’.”
“The people of Bihar know their own good. The development that has taken place in Bihar in the last 15 years was possible only under the leadership of PM Modi and Nitish Kumar. I am confident that this time NDA will again form the government with full majority and will win more votes and seats than before.”
He further took a dig at the opposition and said,
“I want to say to those who consider themselves ‘heroes’, the people of Bihar have now recognized the real ‘people’s hero’. The one who rules the hearts of the people of Bihar will rule the state. Those who committed corruption and looted public money will go to jail as ‘villains’. And those ‘incompetents’ who are out to mislead the people will go abroad and spend their holidays.”

Expressed confidence about NDA
Rekha Gupta said that the people of Bihar want development, employment and stability, not politics of promises. He claimed that in the first phase of voting, the public has again expressed confidence in the NDA and this wave will become stronger in the coming phases.
War of words among leaders intensifies in Bihar elections
With the first phase of voting, all the parties have released rhetorical arrows from their quiver. While the NDA is counting its achievements, the Grand Alliance is trying to corner the government on the issues of unemployment and inflation.
