Who will get land for one rupee?
The name of this scheme is ‘Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025’. To avail this benefit, investors will have to apply online on the BIADA portal by March 31, 2026.

10 acres of land at a nominal price of just Re 1
On investment of Rs 100 crore and employment to 1000 people, 10 acres of land will be available for just Re 1. The rules have been further relaxed for Fortune 500 companies.

Apart from land, what else is included in the package?
Apart from land, the government is also offering interest subsidy up to Rs 40 crore, 100% SGST refund for 14 years and capital subsidy up to 30%.
