If the boy refuses to marry, the Panchayat gives a verdict in favor of the woman. In such a situation, the woman gets 50% of the boy’s property. She can live in the same house with full respect. If the boy still does not agree, then the woman is allotted a separate room in the house, where she can live a comfortable life. No one can throw him out of the house.
