He was finally arrested two months later after being caught without clothes in a neighbor’s swimming pool. The Union Parish Sheriff’s Office (UPSO) in Farmerville, Louisiana, announced the incident in an official statement on Facebook on January 7.
UPSO said that the incident took place in November 2025. A woman from Marion City, Louisiana told police that a young neighbor named Erin Elizabeth Sutton had broken into her home. Apart from bathing in the swimming pool without clothes, the girl was also screaming. He repeatedly asked her to leave, but she did not agree. After this the police reached the spot. UPSO officers saw the girl swimming without clothes in the neighbour’s swimming pool. The police also asked him to get out of the swimming pool. But Erin still refused. She did not want to talk to the police. Instead, Erin said she’s “trying to stay out of the water” and not be bothered. After much persuasion from police officers and emergency medical staff, Erin finally agreed to come out of the water. She came out of the water wrapped in a blanket.
However, the matter did not stop here. It is alleged that after Erin came out of the swimming pool, she was taken home for treatment. There, he suddenly attacked a police officer. Erin also kicked and punched the officer. Other people present at the spot tried to control him. After that, the girl was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
