Actress Malti made a lot of headlines after entering the house of Bigg Boss 19. Recently she revealed that a director who was much older had misbehaved with her to the extreme, a big filmmaker had tried to force herself on her. He moved forward to kiss her forcibly.
Malti Chahar participated in Bigg Boss 19. Apart from this, she has entered Bollywood with Anil Sharma’s Genius movie. Malti has narrated her struggle in the entertainment industry. Recently in an interview she revealed that she too has been a victim of casting couch. A director who was of the same age as his father was trying to be more open with him. He was trying to kiss forcibly.
Malti Chahar’s revelation on casting couch
Malti told in Siddharth Kanan’s podcast that she did not know anything about the trends of the film industry. When she met people, she had a completely new experience, when she entered the industry she did not know anything about it. She trusted every person. She interacted with people of any prejudice. But I had no idea about the kind of fielding set up here for new girls.
People are ready to take chances
Malti further said- People in the film industry do not lag behind in taking chances. However, there is so much wisdom here that they know not to cross the limit. They throw the dice, then wait for your reaction. Had meetings with many people, many realized what they wanted. They try to understand the body language of girls. Although my background is from Air Force, my father has been an officer in it, that attitude is reflected in me.
Malti told that knowing everything about me, a very famous director tried to come close to her. He called me to his office. She used to meet him often in connection with a film project, and when he was about to leave, she used to hug him from the side. However, once this director tried to kiss her lip to lip, she was shocked to see a director of her father’s age doing this. After this he rebuked him. She never met him again after this.
South film maker also invited into the room
Malti told Kannan that once the South Director had given her a hotel room number for a meeting and asked her to come alone. She had sensed his intention. She was understanding why only the room for the meeting and not the office. After this she did not go there at all.
