What is SEBI policy?
SEBI said that all his big officers like chairman, members and directors are given a house on rent according to their post. Strict policy of the board is followed in fixing the fare. Also, the fare is determined based on the report of a property expert. So this is a fare of 7 lakhs, it has been decided only through the approval of SEBI. Both this house size and rent fall under the fixed limit. For this, SEBI has also deposited a security deposit of Rs 42 lakh and every year there will be an increase of 5% fares.
How much is SEBI chairman salary
Tuheen Kant Pandey was given two salary options while making SEBI chief. The first option was the salary equal to the Secretary of the Government of India, ie about 2.25 lakh rupees basic salary, as well as dearness allowance and other allowances. The second option was a salary of about Rs 5.62 lakh, but it does not cost the cost of car and house. In such a situation, Pandey chose the first option. Due to which they have been given a house on the side of SEBI. On behalf of SEBI, this house has been provided to them completely under the office needs and board policy.
What did SEBI say?
SEBI said that in a big city like Mumbai, especially in posh area, big officials need a good house to live. With this, officers can focus on work. That is why the board has chosen such a house, which is inside the rules and where the responsibilities of work can be played in a better way. Significantly, the real estate of Mumbai is very expensive, especially in South Mumbai.
