Students of Sambhal district trained by Seva Nyaya Utthan Foundation participated in Asia’s prestigious science and technology festival Techfest 2025. These students from classes 4 to 9 challenged more than 250 teams of B.Tech students from across the country by participating in complex robotics competitions like CozmoClench and Mesmerize.

Effective display of technical skills in robotics competitions

Despite limited resources, these students proved their proficiency in complex technical disciplines like robotics. Impressed by their innovation capability and technical understanding, IIT Bombay awarded the students a Special Commendation and Certificate of Excellence for technical excellence. This achievement shows that students from government and council schools can also showcase their talent on high level technical platforms.

Under the patronage of District Magistrate Dr. Rajendra Pansia, selected 11 meritorious students, which included girls, disabled and students from economically weaker sections, reached Mumbai along with the teacher team. Basic Education Officer Alka Sharma said that these students had earlier also been honored in IIT Delhi and IIT Kanpur.
