There has been an allegation of extortion of crores of rupees in the name of appointment in Shri Kabir Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya located in Kabir Chaura, Varanasi. Peethadhishwar has issued a 58-page note claiming fake documents, illegal possession and corruption in teacher recruitment.
Varanasi: Kashi, which is called the capital of knowledge and values, now questions have been raised on the temple of education. Allegations of alleged extortion of crores of rupees for appointments in Shri Kabir Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya located at Kabir Chaura have come to light. The head of Kabir Prakatya Sthal has issued a detailed note of 58 pages regarding this entire matter and has claimed a deep conspiracy in the education system.
Peethadhishwar alleged that money is being collected openly in the recruitment from Principal to teacher posts in the college. Rs 30 to 40 lakh are being demanded for each post. He warned that if these appointments were not stopped immediately, he would be forced to fast unto death.

Allegation of rigging in appointment to 10 posts
The recruitment process is going on for a total of 10 posts in Shri Kabir Adarsh Sanskrit College affiliated to Sampoornanand Sanskrit University. Alleging serious irregularities in the process, a complaint has been lodged with Minister of State Ravindra Jaiswal, Cabinet Minister Omprakash Rajbhar, Uttar Pradesh Education Department and the Vice Chancellor of the University.
In the complaint, Bihar resident Garbhu Yadav has been accused of taking over the college with the help of fake documents. Peethadhishwar says that Garbhu Yadav was thrown out of a monastery in Bihar due to criminal activities, but now he has illegally taken control over this educational institution located in Kabir Chaura.
Alleged deal made by calling more than 50 candidates
It is alleged that more than 50 candidates were called in the name of appointment and huge amount of money was demanded from them. Many candidates themselves came forward and complained, but till now no concrete action has been taken at any level. Peethadhishwar Govind Das Shastri told that after the paralysis attack of the organization’s minister Ram Milan Goswami, Garbhu Yadav took advantage of the situation and took over the entire institute.
Education center becomes den of alleged criminals
Govind Das Shastri said that Shri Kabir Adarsh Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya was established by 171 Kabir Panthis from across the country, so that Sanskrit and Kabir philosophy could be promoted in Kashi. But today this institution is under the control of a person whom they are calling a criminal. It is alleged that an armed person has been deployed outside the college, who does not allow anyone to enter inside.
Allegation of fake Mahant and fake documents
Acharya Mahant Sant Sharan Das also made serious allegations and said that Garbhu Swami was the former Mahant of Dhanoti Math in Bihar, who was removed from the post due to criminal cases. He claimed that Garbhu Swami got his name registered in the Kabir Vidyalaya Society by making fake documents and is now charging huge amount in the name of appointments.
Demand for government intervention
Kabir Panthis demand that a new committee of the college should be formed under the leadership of the government and the district administration and after holding fair elections, the alleged accused should be removed immediately. He says that if action is not taken in time, this matter will become a deep question on the credibility of the education system.
