But the court said that there was no fault of the company and the decision to fire the woman was absolutely right. This 22-year-old employee would often reach the office 40 minutes earlier, i.e. between 6:45 am and 7:00 am, for about two years. Whereas his shift started at 7:30 in the morning. He was told several times not to come before time. The owner says that despite coming early, he had nothing to do in the office.
The company had warned the woman several times verbally and in writing. No matter how much she was explained that she should not come to the office early, she was not ready to agree. The allegation is also that a few days before reaching office, he tried to log in through the company app. The company says that it had to be fired due to non-compliance of rules.
