When the arteries become completely blocked and the supply of oxygen to the heart is completely reduced, then our heart stops the activities of some parts of the body. It is at such times that we suffer heart attacks.

5) Shortness of breath or increased or decreased breathing rate Normally, a person becomes short of breath after climbing a few stairs or running a little. But if you start feeling short of breath even after walking a short distance or doing some work, then do not take it lightly. If you start feeling severe chest pain after shortness of breath, it means that you should go to the doctor as soon as possible and get your heart checked.
