Yogi Cabinet Decision: Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has approved the formation of ‘Outsourcing Corporation’. With this decision, the recruitment process will be more transparent and organized, as well as the youth will also get new employment opportunities.
Up outsourcing nigam: The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has taken a historic decision in the cabinet meeting on Tuesday. The government has approved the formation of Uttar Pradesh Outsource Service Corporation Limited amid complaints arising about irregularities of outsourcing agencies for a long time. This corporation will not only make the recruitment process transparent, but will also ensure complete honorarium, PF and ESI benefits to employees on time.
Why was the formation of the corporation necessary
Finance Minister Suresh Khanna said that outsourced employees working in various departments of the state for years were not getting full honorarium and facilities by the agencies. Many times the contribution of EPF and ESI was also stopped. The corporation has been formed to eliminate these irregularities and to provide their rights to the employees.

Know the new system will work like this
- The outsourced agencies will no longer be selected but the corporation will be selected, and this process will be done through the Gem portal.
- Employees will get honorarium of ₹ 16,000 to ₹ 20,000 per month.
- The salary will go directly to the bank account from 1 to 5th of every month.
- The contribution of EPF and ESI will go directly to employees’ accounts.
- The selection process will include written examinations and interviews so that eligible candidates can be selected.
- Employees will be able to serve for 3 years.
Social security and reservation
Along with the provisions of reservation in the new system, women will get maternity leave and disabled, ex -servicemen, SC, ST, OBC and EWS classes as per rules. Along with this, provision has also been made for financial assistance to the family in the event of training and death to increase the efficiency of employees.

E-buses in Kanpur and Lucknow
The Yogi government has decided to run e-buses on net cost contract models in Lucknow and Kanpur to modernize urban transport. This model will reduce government burden and increase the quality of passenger services.
Export Promotion Policy 2025-30
The new export incentive policy 2025-30 was approved to make the state a global export hub. It has special emphasis on digital technology, infrastructure and capacity building.
New University in Shahjahanpur
The cabinet has also approved the establishment of Swami Shukdevanand University in Shahjahanpur, which will add a new chapter in the field of higher education.
