The popular star of Tamil cinema is teaming up with filmmaker H Vinoth for his final film, which has been titled Jana Nayagan. Ahead of the film’s grand release during Pongal 2026 season, the makers are all set to drop the much-awaited Jana Nayagan teaser.

If the recent updates are to be believed, the makers are planning to drop back-to-back treats for the Thalapathy Vijay fans in the upcoming weeks. Before the release of the highly anticipated official trailer, the team is planning to drop the Jana Nayagan teaser on social media. If things go as planned, an official announcement on the same will be revealed by the production banner very soon.
The official teaser is expected to be followed by the second single of the upcoming Thalapathy Vijay starrer, which is composed by the popular musician Anirudh Ravichander. While considering the new updates, it is safe to say the that both the leading man’s fans and the cinegoers are in for an excellent feast, during the Christmas and New Year weeks.
Jana Nayagan Tamil Nadu & Kerala FDFS Timings
Recently, the makers of the project dropped a major update on the Tamil Nadu and Kerala distributors of Jana Nayagan, with a special video. Now, the recent updates suggest that the Thalapathy Vijay starrer will have its FDFS at 4 AM, on January 9, 2026, on almost all the major releasing centers across both the states. The normal shows, on the other hand, are expected to begin at 9 AM on the same day.
The upcoming Thalapathy Vijay starrer features Pooja Hegde and Mamitha Baiju as the female leads. Bobby Deol plays the lead antagonist in the film, which stars Gautham Vasudev Menon, Priya Mani, Prakash Raj, Narain, Revathi, Teejay Arunasalam, and others in the pivotal roles.
