The Great Indian Kapil Show season 3 welcomed a popular couple, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha as special guests. The good-looking couple revealed many secrets about their love story and relationship. The episode was a full-on laugh riot with hilarious gags from Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda and Sunil Grover. Parineeti and Raghav were seen having a gala time on the show and Raghav even disclosed many things about his political career.
During a candid chat with Raghav, Kapil asked the young politician what he found more challenging—winning elections or winning his wife’s heart. With a witty smile, Raghav replied, “The frequency is different. You have to win an election once every five years, but you have to win your wife’s heart every hour.” Hearing this, Kapil praised him and others cheered for him.
Just then Kapil pulled Navjot Singh Sidhu’s leg by cracking a hilarious punch on his political career. He said, “Biwi ka dil jeetna actually, party ka kya hai, woh toh aap kabhi bhi badal sakte ho.” (A person can always switch political parties. Right Paaji) and then he looked at Sidhu for validation. This left everyone in splits of laughter including Parineeti and Raghav.
He then stated, “Look at the power of love and art! We have people from different political parties under the same roof. If we count your former party, we have people from three parties here.”
Sidhu quickly added, “India has around 30 to 40 languages, 40 different cultures and people from different castes and communities living together. Four parties surely co-exist.” Raghav supports Sidhu and says that’s the beauty of India.
