Security agencies of Uttar Pradesh are on high alert after the car blast near Red Fort, Delhi. As soon as the morning broke, UP ATS started raids in many districts of western Uttar Pradesh. ATS teams are continuously conducting raids in Saharanpur, Shamli and Muzaffarnagar. During this period, seven youths have been detained and their interrogation is ongoing.
Wires related to Bilal Khan, pace of investigation increased
According to sources, among the contacts who are being investigated after the Delhi blast, Adil, a member of the Faridabad terror module, is the main suspect. During interrogation of Adil’s close relatives, the name of Bilal Khan came up, who was arrested by ATS a few days ago. Investigation has revealed that Bilal Khan was in contact with Pakistani handlers. About 4000 suspicious numbers have been recovered from his mobile. Now ATS is looking for all those people who were in contact with Bilal.

Ammonium nitrate and fuel oil used in Delhi blast
Investigating agencies have found important clues from the samples of explosives used during the blast. Sources say that ammonium nitrate, fuel oil and detonator were used in this blast. According to security experts, when ammonium nitrate is mixed with fuel oil, it becomes an extremely powerful explosive. At present, the evidence collected from the spot is being closely examined by the forensic team.
Blast near Red Fort creates panic
On Monday evening, there was a massive explosion in a car near the Gauri Shankar Temple located near Red Fort Metro Station in Delhi. The explosion was so severe that many vehicles parked nearby were hit by it. So far 9 people have died in this accident, while many injured are admitted in hospitals. After the blast, a fire broke out on the spot, which was controlled after a lot of effort by the fire brigade teams. At present, the special team of Delhi Police and the NIA team are present at the spot and are engaged in the investigation.
High alert in the state, intelligence agencies active
After the Delhi blast, security agencies of many states including Uttar Pradesh have been alerted. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also given instructions to further strengthen the security arrangements in all the districts of the state. Security checking has been increased at metro, railway stations, bus stands and public places.
