“Teri maa ki.”: Ayush Mhatre brutally abuses Pakistanis as all 11 players gang up for nasty send-off

Indian Under-19 skipper Ayush Mhatre looked agitated when the entire Pakistan Under-19 team ganged up on him and gave him a nasty send-off after Ali Raza got the first breakthrough for India.

India Under-19 had won the previous time when they clashed against Pakistan Under-19 in the recent ACC Men’s U-19 Asia Cup group-stage match. However, the Pakistan team made it count when it mattered the most, and they defeated the Men in Blue to clinch the title.

During the historic win, several ugly altercations were marked between the young guns from Pakistan and a couple of Indian players, like skipper Ayush Mhatre and young prodigy Vaibhav Suryavanshi.

Ayush Mhatre hurls abuses at the Pakistan team after being ratted out by all XI players

Ayush Mhatre was named the skipper of the India Men’s Under-19 side, and he led them to the finals of the competition. However, despite coming off some blistering form in domestic cricket, the youth star failed to contribute handsomely with the bat in this Asia Cup.

The final match of the tournament was an occasion when the team needed their skipper to lead from the front, as they were chasing a mammoth total of 348. However, the Mumbai batter struggled in the first few deliveries he played and then played a fine drive on the up, but was caught down the throat of mid-off in an attempt to clear the infield.

Ali Raza struck for the first Indian wicket, and it was the Indian captain. The Pakistan cricketers celebrated with some sheer aggression as all XI players gave Ayush Mhatre an ugly send-off. Mhatre went hysterical and got back, hurling abuses at the Pakistan cricketers. An unpleasant incident, which was caught on camera, can be seen in the video below.

India faced a humiliating loss in the U-19 Asia Cup Final

The Indian team suffered a humiliating thrashing from the Pakistan team in the U-19 Men’s Asia Cup. Not only did India lose the game and the title, but they also lost their reputation in the making.

The promising bowling lineup, which was convincing throughout the tournament, struggled to keep up with its form, and Sameer Minhas, just one of the Pak batters, destroyed the bowling lineup alone.

Also, the batting lineup comprised batters Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Aaron George and Abhigyan Kundu, who impressed with their dominance throughout the tournament but failed to stage a fightback against the mammoth target posted by Pakistan. India lost by a huge 191 runs.

Mohsin Naqvi relieved of controversy following Pakistan’s victory

Before the start of the Indian innings, reports had claimed that Mohsin Naqvi was off to Dubai to witness the final match and also be part of the post-match presentation ceremony. Some speculations had it that if India won the match, there would once again be controversies over not receiving the trophy from the hands of the ACC chairman, who is also the PCB Chief and an internal minister of Pakistan.

However, Mohsin Naqvi was spared from the controversy as well as the humiliation, since Pakistan won the match and would be more than happy at the presentation ceremony, much like he was during the ACC Men’s Rising Stars Asia Cup last month.
