Hyderabad: Telangana government has announced that it will move about 39 government offices, which are currently located in private rented buildings, to T-Hub, an incubator for start-ups in the city.
According to reports, Begumpet Divisional Office of Revenue (Commercial Taxes Department) will be relocated to T-hub.
Separately, the offices of Energy, Environment and Forest departments will be shifted to Tuljaguda complex in Telangana Housing Board.
The offices of Revenue Endowments and Revenue (Stamps and Registration) will be located at Mozzamjahi Market building while the offices of Food and Civil Supplies Department located at Malakpet, Yakutpura and Charminar circles will be shifted to Chandravihar building of Telangana Housing Board.
Chandravihar Building will also accommodate offices of Tourism and Culture, Youth Advancement, which are currently located at NCC Group Headquarters in Secunderabad.
Gruhakalpa building in Nampally will accommodate the offices of finance department, which is currently located in Tarnaka, Chandrayangutta Motigalli and Narayanguda.
Sub-registrar offices of Revenue Department will be shifted to Health department building in Vengalrao Nagar.
Offices of the Director (electronics), CEO (T-works) and MD (T-Fibre) will be moved to NAC campus and station house offices for Revenue (Prohibition and Excise) department will start functioning from R&B office building in Errum Manzil.
Telangana Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao has directed respective heads of departments to facilitate the relocation.
