In the program, CM Dr. Yadav transferred Rs 330 crore for school uniforms in the accounts of 55 lakh students from class 1 to 8 of government schools. On this occasion, CM Dr. Yadav also gifted the fourth pay scale to the teachers. The teachers of the state were also honored in the program.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the state level teacher honor ceremony 2025 held at the Administration Academy, Bhopal. On this occasion, 55 lakh students of the state transferred an amount of ₹ 330 crore to buy uniforms. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the fourth working pay scale will be given to the educational cadre assistant teacher, high teacher, primary teacher of new academic cadre, secondary teachers. This will benefit 1 lakh 50 thousand teachers across the state. For this, a proposal will be brought in the cabinet and from 2025-26 teachers will get the fourth pay scale.

In the program, Governor Mangubhai Patel said that the family atmosphere is also changing during the social media era. In such a situation, it is necessary to keep children disciplined. The teacher should take care of discipline at school and parents at home. This will bring a sense of respect for the elders in the minds of children. Teachers should be respected in society. Recently there was a seminar of teachers in the capital. In this, serious topics like increasing the incidents of suicides in children were discussed. Husband and wife should not fight in front of children. It is the responsibility of our teachers and parents to give children an environment that will make them emotionally strong. Do not give up in life when there is small difficulties in life and make a significant contribution in achieving the target of developed India of 2047.

Significantly, the Madhya Pradesh government today gave Rs 330 crore to 55 lakh children for school uniforms. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Sandipani schools are being opened in the state. The result of our government schools has been better than private schools. This result has been the best in 15 years. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while giving the fourth pay scale to the teachers on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, said that the government will be given the fourth working pay scale to the Assistant Teacher of Educational Cadre, High Teacher, New Educational Cadre, Primary Teachers of New Educational Cadre, Secondary Teachers. This will benefit 1 lakh 50 thousand teachers of the state. For this, a proposal will be brought in the cabinet and from 2025-26 teachers will get the fourth pay scale. This will bring an additional burden of Rs 117 crore to the government.
