Saffron-Almond Tea
If you want to make tea for two people, you will need 1 cup of water and equal amount of full cream milk or a little more. Two teaspoons tea leaves, sugar as per taste, 7-8 saffron threads, 8-10 almonds, 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom powder. Now know the method of making it.

First of all, boil the almonds in some water and then after peeling them, cut them into julienne (thin slices). Pour water in the pan, add saffron and let it boil. Rose-Cardamom Tea
This tea is very lightly sweet and the aroma of rose in it enhances the taste. For this you have to take 1 cup water and two cups milk. Apart from this, sugar as per taste, two teaspoons tea leaves, 1 teaspoon rose water, one teaspoon dry rose petals, 1/4th cardamom powder will be required.

First of all boil water and then add tea leaves in it and let it boil. After this add sugar and cardamom. After cooking for 1-2 minutes, add rose leaves to it and boil. Add milk and let it boil. Add rose water at the end so that the flavor comes out completely. Serve it garnished with dry rose leaves.
