Whose job will be being decided through internal list

Many employees said that the managers of the company have a ‘fluidity list’, which have the names of those who have to be removed. This list is neither made on the basis of skill, nor of experience. Many people are also in this list who have essential skills, who passed the interview, yet they are not being given the project. Another employee said that if your name comes in that list, then you will not get any work as you want. HR takes back and says, resign himself, otherwise we will terminate.

Fear of not getting a job elsewhere
