New Delhi: Tata have unveiled the pricing of the entire Sierra range, with the Indian brand announcing today the price of the top variant, Accomplished+. The Sierra is a revival of the brand’s first cars ever, and the new car blends the retro design with the modern SUV styling.
It comes with a bold, upright stance that resembles the Land Rover Defender to a lot extent. It has clear lines and has a strong road presence. On the inside, the Sierra is loaded with technology and comfort. The cabin comes with a lounge-like feel with premium materials and advanced connected features, and includes three screens, with the third screen meant for the co-passenger.
The passenger can connect gaming controls and can connect up to five headphones, and is independent from the centre infotainment.
Currently, it comes in ICE configuration with three engines on offer; the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated Revotron engine, the 1.5-litre turbo petrol Hyperion and the 1.5-litre diesel Kyojet engine. However, the platform will, in the future, support hybrid and electric powertrains as well. Through different combinations, the engines come with manual transmission, DCA and automatic transmission as well.

Tata Sierra gets seven trims
The Sierra is coming in seven variants; the Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Accomplished and Accomplish+. The brand had earlier announced the pricing of all but the top two trims, and the prices started at Rs 11.49 lakh. Tata have now given the pricing of the top two trims as well, with the price of the Petrol Accomplished+ trim coming at Rs 20.99 lakh and the diesel version of the Accomplished+ being priced at Rs 21.29 lakh.
The prices are competitive, and it will give a run for money to the likes of Hyundai Creta and the new Kia Seltos as well. We drove the Sierra turbo petrol and the diesel version of the car and were impressed by the car’s fit and finish, features, comfort and overall driving experience.
