Tata has finally started bookings of their latest and greatest EV, the Harrier.ev. The car has a starting price of Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Tata is additionally giving special loyalty privilege for the customers worth Rs 1,00,000 but they have not yet revealed the details of this loyalty privilege.
The Harrier.ev comes with the option of two battery packs. The base version gets a 65 kWh battery pack while the longer range version gets a 75 kWh battery pack. It gets a claimed ARAI range of 627 kms on a full charge and can gain 250 km range in a mere 15 minutes. The Harrier.ev is priced within a range of Rs 21.49 lakh to 28.99 lakh for the top of the line QWD variant.
Tata has given the Harrier.ev all imaginable features and it comes with a 14.3-inch infotainment touch screen, ADAS Level 2, Park Assist, Reverse Assist, a digital driver’s display, a digital rear view camera, 360-degree camera, a 10-speaker JBL audio system, panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, drive modes, terrain modes and powered and ventilated seats.
The Harrier.ev also received a 5-star safety score which adds to the incredible safety score of the brand. It makes a combined 291 horsepower and 504 Nm of peak torque. 0-100 kmph happens in 6.3 seconds. The Harrier.ev will go against the likes of the Hyundai Creta EV and Mahindra’s BE6 and XEV 9e.
