According to the report, Tata Electronics has supplied iPhones worth more than 23 thousand crore rupees to the US in FY 2025. Which is about 37 percent of the company’s total iPhone export revenue. Supply in US and these countries
In the last financial year, Indian assemblor Tata Electronics has supplied iPhones worth Rs 23,112 crore to the US. After that the number has been seen by Ireland. Ireland was the second largest revenue generate for Tata Electronics with 23 per cent or Rs 14,255 crore. Significantly, Ireland is the European base of Apple. The Registrar of Companies (ROC) showed the regulatory revelations made by the Tata Group company that Taiwan contributed 15 per cent by exports, while domestic market shipment revenue was seen by 20 per cent.
Supply chain being transferred from China

More than 75 thousand crore revenue in 15 months

According to the documents filed by the Company Registrar of Companies (ROC), the company generated a total revenue of Rs 75,367 crore in 15 months till March 2025, which is more than five times the Rs 14,350 crore of the calendar year 2023. During the January 2024-March 2025 period, the net profit increased from Rs 36 crore to Rs 2,339 crore. The company has made its financial year April-March and thus it has been a period of 15 months.
Profit and increase from plants
The increase in iPhone production is also reflected in the financial data of Tata Electronics Products and Solutions Private Limited, which was previously known as Patron Technology India, also reflected in the financial data, in which Tata Electronics took 60 per cent control stake in this January. The company recorded an increase of 84 per cent in revenue from the operation during 2024-25, which was Rs 34,264 crore; However, the net profit was only 1 per cent to Rs 633 crore. ROC filing has also revealed that Tata paid Rs 1,650 crore to get a 60 per cent stake in Patron Technology. Pagatron operates the plant in Tamil Nadu, while the Wistron Unit is in Karnataka, both are originally Taiwanese companies.
India is the biggest producer for America
Analysts believe that two iPhone plants in India will further increase the sales and benefits of Tata Electronics in this financial year, as Apple is constantly strengthening its manufacturing base in India. Counterpoint Research Director Tarun Pathak said in the ET report that now that more than 70 percent of all iPhones sold in the US are produced in India, Tata Electronics’ income will increase significantly in this financial year as they are largely involved in iPhone production. However, he also stated that Foxconn remains the main producer of iPhone in India.
