In this IPO, Tata Sons and International Finance Corporation (IFC) will sell their stake in this IPO. Under the OSS, Tata Sons shares 23 crore, while IFC will introduce 3.58 crore in the stock market. Tata Sons currently holds 88.6% stake in Tata Capital, and IFC has a share of 1.8%. The money that will be collected from this issue, the company will use it to strengthen its Tier-1 capital base and meet future finance needs.

During this period, the total income of the company was ₹ 7,691.65 crore, which is much higher than last year’s ₹ 6,557.40 crore.
