Manpreet Kaur, sister of deceased Sandeep Kaur, told that the accused student Prince Raj had been following Sandeep for the last several days and was continuously harassing him. His behavior was gradually becoming abnormal and aggressive.

According to Manpreet, Prince had proposed to Sandeep last Friday. Sandeep had clearly denied and said that he was engaged and now nothing was possible between them. Despite this, the accused was not ready to back down and was continuously harassing my sister.
