Chennai Power Cut: The TANGEDCO on Sunday announced that several areas of Chennai will witness power outages for a few hours on Monday and Tuesday. The authority stated that the power cuts will take place due to the ongoing maintenance works to improve the power supply in the capital city of Tamil Nadu. The TANGEDCO further stated that the works are likely to be finished by 2 pm, adding that the power supply will get back to normal after that. The authority has advised the residents to follow the guidelines and plan their day accordingly to avoid any inconveniences.
