People often have a craving to eat something in the evening. In such a situation, they eat unhealthy things, which not only increases weight but also creates problems for the stomach. 1. Increase protein and fiber intake
Siddharth says that, first of all make sure that your diet has complete nutrition. This means that you will have to change your diet and include two more important things which are protein and fiber. Due to high intake of protein and fiber, it keeps the stomach full for a long time, due to which you do not feel like eating anything for a long time.
2. Are you really hungry?
Siddharth told that, first of all understand whether you are craving for food or really hungry. Is. He said- Ask yourself, are you really hungry, or do you feel like eating something due to boredom or stress? If so, then you should walk for 10 minutes. After walking for 10 minutes the cravings start reducing. According to Siddharth, in such a situation, walking for a while is very effective. It reduces cravings as well as stress.
3. Pre-planning
Siddharth explains that when we feel hungry, we eat whatever we get without thinking. But if you plan in advance then cravings can be controlled. In fact, when the stomach is empty, the brain’s ability to think also reduces and we eat unhealthy things. Pre-planning is a good option to reduce cravings. Keep healthy snacks ready for yourself in advance at 5-6 pm. Overall, if you know that you feel the urge to eat something at a particular time of the day, then keep healthy options ready in advance. By doing this, the craving will not dominate you, rather you will be able to control it yourself.
