New Delhi: India and New Zealand will be chasing ultimate glory when both the sides lock horns in the final of the T20 World Cup 2026 on Sunday. The summit clash will be played at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, which has not proved as the best of the venues for the Indian cricket team as far as ICC events are concerned.
The grand finale will also mark the end to the spectacular 20-team event which began on February 8 in India and Sri Lanka. Both the teams head into the final after enjoying a good campaign and emerging as the best two sides in the global ICC event. While India has lost one match en route to the finale, the Kiwis went down in two and one of their games against Pakistan was washed out.
