ICC can include any eligible team in place of Bangladesh, which will be selected on the basis of recent qualifiers, ranking and preparation.
Which teams can replace Bangladesh?
If the Bangladesh team is removed then the Scotland team can enter, it has made a place in ICC tournaments earlier also as a replacement. The Jersey team has performed well in the European qualifiers, based on recent results its claim is strong. Let us tell you that in the 2009 T20 World Cup also, Zimbabwe had withdrawn its name from the tournament. At that time Scotland was included in the T20 World Cup.
Why is Bangladesh doing this?
