Use rava with flour
Wheat flour is used to make sweet pua. After sifting the flour, also use a small amount of rava. This makes pua crisp and tasty. If you have taken one cup of flour, then do not forget to add one tablespoon of rava in it.
use milk instead of water
If you want to make soft pua for Govardhan Puja, then use milk instead of water. Mix sugar in flour with rava mixer and then add about a cup of milk. Prepare batter of thin consistency. By doing this the pua becomes very soft.
