- 14 Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup of choice nut butter
- 2 fist almonds
- 1 handful pistachio (or any other tree nuts)
- 250 grams of Vegan Dark Chocolate (70% or more cocoa, so that more health benefits get)

First of all take out between dates. Then prepare the base by pressing the dates by applying butter paper in the baking tin. After this, spread a layer of nut butter on top of it equally.
