Karisma Kapoor’s children’s legal fight for inheritence
For those who don’t know, after Sunjay Kapur’s death, within a month, the Kapoor family knocked on the doors of the court to seek justice for Samaira and Kiaan in their father’s estate. They alleged that a deliberate digital manipulation of files was involved in the case.
Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira Kapur and Kiaan Kapur, have moved to the Delhi High Court to seek a share in their father’s property. They urged to be recognised as Class 1 legal heirs to Kapur’s personal assets in the late businessman’s Rs. 30,000 crore estate. In the lawsuit, they made shocking revelations against Priya Sachdev. They accused Sunjay Kapur’s third wife, Priya Sachdev, of usurping the ‘full control’ over their father’s assets.
