How to make cucumber peel raita?
- Ingredients- Cucumber peels- 1 cup
- Daha- 1 cup
- Cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Black salt – ½ tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Green chilli – 2
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp

Method of preparation
First of all, wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut its peels thinly. After this, heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and temper it. Now, add the chopped cucumber peels to the pan and fry them lightly for about 2 minutes, so that their rawness goes away. Beat the curd in a bowl until it becomes very smooth. Let the roasted peels cool completely, then add them to the curd. Now, add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder and green chillies, and mix everything well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
